Choose Your Level

Select the workout level that suits you best, whether it's BASE or PRO. If you're already familiar with stretching, start with the BASE level. Our experienced trainers will guide you towards the PRO level as your skills progress.

 Wear Appropriate Attire

To optimize your stretching experience, we recommend wearing comfortable leggings, a T-shirt that covers the armpit area, and socks. Keeping your muscles warm is essential for effective physical activity, especially during stretching exercises. Stay warm throughout your workout for maximum benefit.
